Completion of Disposal

Further to its announcements on 10 February 2023 (the "Announcement") and 27
February 2023, Bonhill (AIM: BONH) announces the completion of the disposal of
its UK and Asia Businesses to MA Financial Media.

 

Change of registered office

Following Completion, the Company announces that the address of its registered
office has changed with immediate effect to c/o Virtual Company Secretary Ltd,
7 York Road, Woking, GU22 7XH.

the Announcement.
