Publication of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

 

Bow Street Group (AIM: BOW), the owner and operator of "Wildwood" and "dim t"
restaurants, announces that its Annual Report for the year ended 28 December
2025 and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been published and are
available to download from the Company's website at
https://bowstreetgroup.com. Hardcopies of the Annual Report and Notice of AGM
are available on request.

 

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at Wildwood, 35-36 Bow
Street, London, WC2E 7AU on 20 May 2026 at 10.00 a.m.
