down marginally at $0.335 aftermarket
    ** Co's board approved 1-for-8 reverse stock split of its
Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share
    ** Says reverse stock split is expected to be effective
after market close on June 14
    ** Reverse split to reduce the number of co's shares of
Class A common stock to 18.8 mln from 150 mln shares - BOXL
    ** Up to today's close, stock had risen over 8% in 2023
