Board Changes

 

Brave Bison, the next-generation marketing and technology partner for global
brands, today announces the appointment of Yvonne Monaghan as Non-Executive
Director of the Company, effective 1 May 2026. Yvonne will chair the Audit
Committee.

 

Yvonne qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte Haskins & Sells
and was, until recently, Director and Chief Financial Officer of Johnson
Service Group plc ("JSG"), the FTSE-250 textile rental business. Yvonne joined
JSG in 1984 and served as Chief Financial Officer from 2007. She brings to the
Board extensive financial and financial reporting expertise, a sound practical
understanding of corporate governance, significant understanding of audit
processes, risk management and a deep appreciation of investor sentiment.

 

Yvonne is currently a Non-Executive Director of The Pebble Group plc, an
AIM-quoted digital commerce and promotional products business. Yvonne joined
The Pebble Group prior to the company's initial public offering in 2019 and
serves as Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee. Yvonne
holds a BSc Honours degree in Pharmacology and Physiology from the University
of Manchester.
