2024 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM)

 

Breedon Group plc confirms that it has issued to its shareholders its 2024
Annual Report and Accounts (Annual Report) and the notice of its 2025 AGM
(Notice of AGM).  The Annual Report has been prepared using the XHTML format
with Inline XBRL mark up, as specified in DTR 4.1.  The Annual Report and
Notice of AGM are now available on the Company's website at
