Notification of transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibility (PDMRs)

 

The Company announces that on 8 April 2025 the following PDMRs were each
granted a conditional award under the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan
(DSBP awards) to acquire the number of ordinary shares of £0.01 in the
Company (Ordinary Shares) set against their names in the table below.

 

The DSBP awards have been granted in connection with the deferral of one-third
of each PDMR's annual bonus for the financial year ended 31 December 2024.

 

The DSBP awards will normally vest on 8 April 2027, subject to continued
employment.
