Director/PDMR shareholding

 

Brickability Group PLC, a leading distributor and provider of specialist
products and services to the UK construction industry, has been notified of
the following transactions by a PDMR of the Company.

On 22 October 2024 Mike Gant, Chief Financial Officer, exercised 115,521
options over ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares"), which vested pursuant to an award granted on 21 October 2021 under
the Brickability Group PLC Long-Term Inventive Plan.

In order to satisfy the personal tax liabilities and other costs arising on
exercise, Mr Gant sold 55,545 Ordinary Shares each at a price of 63.025 pence.
In accordance with the Company's remuneration policy, Mr Gant will be required
to hold the balance for a minimum period of two years from the date of
vesting.

Following the transactions outlined above, Mike Gant is beneficially
interested in a total of 200,108 Ordinary Shares representing approximately
0.06% of the Company's issued share capital.
