Director/PDMR shareholding
Brickability Group PLC, a leading distributor and provider of specialist
products and services to the UK construction industry has been notified of the
following transactions by a PDMR of the Company.
On 19 February 2025, Kenny Hirst-Sewell, Group Managing Director - Taylor
Maxwell Division exercised options over a total of 48,776 ordinary shares of 1
penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") which vested pursuant to an
award granted on 21 October 2021 under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan
("LTIP").
In order to satisfy the personal tax liabilities and other costs arising on
exercise of options, Mr Hirst-Sewell sold 23,487 Ordinary Shares each at a
price of 58 pence. In accordance with the Company's remuneration policy, Mr
Hirst-Sewell will be required to hold the balance of 25,289 Ordinary Shares
for a minimum period of two years from the date of vesting.
Following these transactions, Mr Hirst-Sewell is beneficially interested in a
total of 308,606 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.10% of the
Company's issued share capital.
