Brickability Group plc (AIM: BRCK), a leading distributor and provider of
specialist products and services to the UK construction industry, announces
that it was notified on 11 June 2025 that, on that same day, Paul Hamilton,
Managing Director of the Group's Distribution Division, and Clive Norman,
Non-Executive Director of the Company, disposed of 3,000,000 ordinary shares
in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares respectively.
Following these transactions Paul Hamilton is now beneficially interested in
16,007,298 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.97% of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital and Clive Norman is now beneficially interested in
2,007,096 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.62% of the Company's issued Ordinary
Share Capital.
