Brickability Group PLC ("Brickability" or the "Group") today announces that
after six years as a Non-executive Director, Clive Norman has informed the
Board that he does not intend to stand for re-election as a director at the
Company's 2025 annual general meeting to be held in September 2025.

 

John Richards, Chairman commented: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to
thank Clive for his extensive contribution and service during his tenure,
spanning either side of the Company's successful listing on AIM. He played a
very valuable role in supporting the Group through what was a important
milestone for Brickability, helping to lay its strong foundations for the
future.  We wish Clive the very best in his future endeavours."

 

Clive Norman commented:  "It has been my pleasure to spend six years on the
Board of Brickability, and indeed to be part of the business prior to its IPO.
I wish the Company every success in the next stage of its remarkable
