("Brickability" the "Company" or the "Group")

Brickability Group PLC confirms that all the resolutions put to the Annual
General Meeting ("AGM") held on Tuesday 16 September 2025 were duly passed.
All resolutions were decided on a poll.  Resolutions 1 to 13 were passed as
ordinary resolutions and resolutions 14 to 16 were passed as special
resolutions. The voting results are set out below.

1. Any proxy arrangement which gave discretion to the Chairman has been

2. A "Vote withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the
calculation of the percentage of shares voted "For" or "Against" any
resolution.

3. The issued share capital ("ISC") at 6:00 p.m. on 12 September 2025 was
322,146,246 Ordinary shares of £0.01 each with no shares held in treasury.
