Vesting of Awards under LTIP and Director/PDMR Shareholding

Brickability Group plc (AIM: BRCK), the leading construction materials
distributor, announces that 2020 awards under the Group's Long-Term Incentive
Plan 2019 ("LTIP") have today vested in respect of an aggregate of 4,136,492
options to subscribe for new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company
(the "Vested LTIP Options").

The interests of the Company's persons discharging managerial responsibilities
in the Vested LTIP Options, which are exercisable at nominal value, are set
out below.
