** IDBI Capital initiates coverage on Brigade Hotel Ventures BRIA.NS with "buy", TP at 86 rupees 
** Shares of BRIA up as much as 1.24% to 62.24 rupees 
** Brokerage says BRIA's strong presence in southern India, aggressive expansion plans and backing from Brigade Group position it for long-term growth
** Expects net sales and EBITDA to grow at a CAGR of 22.8% and 28.3%, respectively, over FY26-28
** Says new hotel assets coming onstream by FY30 should support higher room rates and profitability
** YTD stock down 8.31%
