** Shares of Chili's Grill & Bar operator Brinker
International  EAT.N  rise 6.2% to $52.75 premarket
    ** Co now expects FY24 adj. EPS between $3.80 and $4, up
from previous forecast of $3.45-$3.70
    ** Sees annual revenue in range of $4.33 bln-$4.35 bln,
compared with earlier forecast of $4.30 bln-$4.35 bln
    ** Analysts on average anticipate FY24 adj. EPS of $3.69 and
revenue of $4.34 bln
    ** Q3 adj. EPS of $1.24 beat Wall Street view of $1.15
    ** Quarterly revenue of $1.12 bln in-line with analyst
estimates
    ** Five of 19 brokerages rate EAT stock "buy" or higher, 11
"hold" and three "sell"
    ** Up to Monday's close, stock had risen 15% YTD
