RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The British Land Company PLC (the "Company") held its Annual General Meeting
("AGM") at 100 Liverpool Street, London EC2M 2RH earlier today. All
resolutions were voted on by way of a poll and were passed by shareholders.
The results of the poll are set out below.

The total voting rights of the Company as at 6.30pm on 11 July 2025 (the time
by which shareholders wanting to attend, speak and vote at the AGM were
required to be entered on the register) was 999,168,241 ordinary shares of 25
pence each (excluding treasury shares).

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.2 copies of the resolutions passed at
the AGM, other than resolutions constituting ordinary business, will shortly
be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism
