** Shares of Bulletin Resources  BNR.AX  rise as much as
32.9% to A$0.105, highest since March 13
    ** Mineral explorer says Environmental Protection Authority
(EPA) allowed co's drilling applications for Ravensthorpe
Lithium Project to proceed 
    ** EPA has decided it is not necessary for the EPA to assess
environmental impacts of Bulletin’s Ravensthorpe Lithium Project
    ** Co will now resume the clearing permit application
process with Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety
    ** Stock set for best day since Sept. 15, if gains hold
    ** More than 4 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 318,441 shares
    ** Stock down over 15% this year, as of last close
