Dec 9 (Reuters) - East Coast Furnitech PCL  ECFm.BK : 
 * ECF holdings company and co has planned to increase the proportion of shareholding from 51% to 75% by January 2016 
 * ECFH will enter into the signature of franchise agreement with Can Do Company Limited 
 * Duration of franchise agreement is 5 years 
 * ECFH will be granted license to operate shops in Thailand and trademarks and other business symbols from Can Do Japan
