Appointment of Hannam & Partners as Broker and Financial Advisor

 

Capital Metals (AIM: CMET), a mineral sands company approaching mine
development stage at the high-grade Taprobane Minerals Project in Sri Lanka
(the "Project"), is pleased to announce the appointment of Hannam &
Partners as sole Broker and Financial Advisor to the Company with immediate
effect.

 

Hannam & Partners is an independent specialist natural resource sector
investment bank which has completed over £45 billion worth of transactions
since 2013 including within the heavy mineral sands sector where it has a deep
network of industry connections. Hannam & Partners' primary mandate is to
assist with the overall financing package for the Project which is expected to
comprise of offtake, vendor, and local partner financing, supplemented by debt
as required. Hannam & Partners will additionally provide broking services
including equity research.

 

Greg Martyr, Executive Chairman of Capital Metals, commented:
