Appointment of Nominated Adviser

 

Capital Metals (AIM: CMET), a mineral sands company approaching mine
development stage at the high-grade Taprobane Minerals Project in Sri Lanka
(the "Project"), is pleased to announce the appointment of Strand Hanson
Limited as its Nominated Adviser with immediate effect.

 

Greg Martyr, Executive Chairman of Capital Metals, commented:

Appendix: Existing Board AIM Rule 17 Disclosures

The following information is being disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule
Two Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

James Leahy is a director of Tonbridge School. He was appointed on 23
September 2020; as such this was a current directorship at the date of the
Company's Admission Document published on 23 December 2020 (the "Admission
Document").

Kwan Wey Teh was previously a director of KLK Plantations and Trading Pte Ltd.
He was appointed on 15 August 2018 and resigned on 2 September 2024; as such
this was a current directorship at the date of the Admission Document.

Kwan Wey Teh is currently a director of Satterley Pakenham Pty Ltd, Satterley
Woodstock Pty Ltd, Satterley DonnyBrook Pty Ltd, Satterley Mickleham Pty Ltd,
Satterley Brookside Pty Ltd, Satterley ForrestField Pty Ltd and Satterley
Greenvale Pty Ltd. He was appointed prior to the date of the Admission
