Result of Annual General Meeting

 

Capital Metals (AIM: CMET), a mineral sands company approaching mine
development stage at the high-grade Eastern Minerals Project in Sri Lanka (the
"Project"), announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier
today all the resolutions put to the meeting were duly approved by
shareholders.

 

The numbers of votes for each resolution are presented below:

     to subscribe for shares up to an aggregate nominal value of £310,325

 5.  To authorise the directors to issue equity securities wholly for cash on a      55,567,890  44,096   100
     non-pre-emptive

     basis pursuant to the authority conferred by resolution number 4 above

1. The "For" Proxy vote includes those giving the Chair of the AGM discretion

2. A vote "Withheld" is not a vote in law and is not included in the proxy
votes "For" or "Against" the resolution
