Caracal Gold plc ('Caracal' or the 'Company')

Audited Financials

 

Caracal Gold plc, the gold producer with operations in East Africa, provides
an update on its Audited Financial Statements.

 

Caracal Gold has had to apply for a temporary suspension of trading in its
shares as the Company has not been able to complete its audited financial
statements within the 4-month period required.

 

The audit is in the final stages and Caracal does not expect this suspension
to last very long.
