Caracal Gold Plc, the East African focused gold company is pleased to announce
that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10:00am on Wednesday,
13 August 2025 at Birchin Court, 20 Birchin Lane, Bank, London, EC3V 9DU,
United Kingdom.

The Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy has been posted to shareholders and a copy
of the Notice of AGM will also be made available on the Company's website
