Imara Gold Plc (formerly Caracal Gold Plc)

('Imara' or the 'Company')

Change of Name

Further to the announcement on 11 August 2025, the Company announces it has
changed its corporate name to Imara Gold Plc and the Company's ticker symbol
will change to IGLD. The Name change was registered on Companies House on 8
October 2025.

The Company's Name change and ticker will be effective immediately. The
Company's ISIN and SEDOL remain unchanged.

Shareholder documents of title will be unaffected by the change of name and
existing share certificates should be retained and remain valid. Any new
certificates will bear the new name Imara Gold Plc.

The Name Change will also be applied to all the Company's operating
subsidiaries in East Africa.

The current Company website www.caracalgold.com (http://www.caracalgold.com)
will continue to be updated until the new website is published and a further
announcement will confirm its launch.
