Notice of Full Year results for the twelve months ended 31 March 2026
Carclo plc ("Carclo" or the "Group"), a global precision engineering group with comprehensive, end-to-end manufacturing capabilities, expects to announce its audited results for the year ended 31 March 2026 at 7.00am on Wednesday 1 July 2026.
The Group is pleased to announce that Frank Doorenbosch, Chief Executive Officer, and Ian Tichias, Chief Financial Officer, will provide a live presentation relating to the results for the year ended 31 March 2026 via the London Stock Exchange SparkLive platform on Wednesday 1 July at 10.00am.
The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be pre-submitted via the SparkLive event page or at any time during the live presentation.
