2024 Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM

 

Carclo plc (the "Company or Carclo") announces that it has published its
Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024 and Notice of
2024 Annual General Meeting, which is to be held at 11:00 am on Thursday 5
September 2024 in the Templars Suite at Novotel London Blackfriars, 46
Blackfriars Road, London, SE1 8NZ.

 

Copies of the documents listed below have been published on the Company's

, and will shortly be posted or otherwise made available to shareholders:
