Board Changes

 

Carclo plc ("Carclo" or "the Company") confirms that for personal reasons Nick
Sanders has stepped down from his role as Non-Executive Chair and as a
Director of the Company with effect from 5 November 2022.  The Board of
Carclo ("the Board") has appointed Joe Oatley as Non-Executive Chair with
effect from 6 November 2022.

 

Eric Hutchinson, a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee,
was appointed as Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration
Committee with effect from 6 November 2022.

 

A search is now underway for a new Non-Executive Director to join the Board.

 

Joe Oatley said "I would like to thank Nick for his effort and commitment
leading Carclo through what has been a challenging period over the last two
years and I wish him well for the future.  I am looking forward to leading
the Board and working with the management team to deliver value to all of our
stakeholders."
