Carclo plc (the "Company" or "Carclo") announces that Jonathan (Jon) Templeman
has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective 27 February
2024.

 

Rachel Amey, Non-Executive Director, has been re-appointed as Senior
Independent Director with immediate effect.
