2025 Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM

 

Carclo plc ("Carclo" or the "Company") announces that it has published its
Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025 and Notice of
2025 Annual General Meeting, which is to be held at 10:30 am on Friday 26
September 2025 at the offices of Addleshaw Goddard LLP, Milton Gate, 60
Chiswell Street, London EC1Y 4AG.

 

Copies of the documents listed below have been published on the Company's

, and will shortly be posted or otherwise made available to shareholders:
