Notice of Interim Results and Investor Presentation

 

Carclo plc will announce its Interim Results for the period ended 30 September
2023 at 7.00 am on Thursday 30 November 2023.

 

Frank Doorenbosch, Chief Executive Officer, and Eric Hutchinson, Chief
Financial Officer, will provide a live presentation relating to the Interim
Results for the period ended 30 September 2023 via the Investor Meet Company
platform on 30 November 2023 at 10:00am (GMT).

 

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9:00am (GMT) the day before the meeting or at any time during the live
presentation.
