Confirmation of CEO appointment

 

Carr's Group plc (LSE: CARR) confirms that, further to its announcement on 7
May 2025, Josh Hoopes has been appointed as CEO and as an executive director
with immediate effect.

 

Josh joined the Company in March 2024 as Chief Executive Officer, Global
Agriculture, where he was responsible for leading the transformation of the
agriculture business. Josh is an experienced operator with a deep
understanding of agriculture and related markets. Prior to joining Carr's
Group, Josh worked for Associated British Foods plc for more than 10 years,
including five years as Managing Director at AB Agri where he oversaw the
Intellync and AB Dairy divisions of the company.

 

As announced on 7 May 2025, David White stepped down as Group CEO on 30 June
2025. In accordance with Section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006, David
White's remuneration arrangements will be made available on the Carr's Group
investor website.
