Notice of 2025 AGM

Carr's (CARR.L), the Agriculture and Engineering Group, announces that its
2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10.00am GMT on Friday 14
February 2025 at The Halston Hotel, 20-34 Warwick Road, Carlisle CA1 1AB in
The Mail Exchange function room.

Notice of Meeting for the 2025 AGM and a Form of Proxy for use at the 2025 AGM
are available to view on the Company's website at
 https://www.carrsgroup-ir.com.

Annual Report and Accounts for FY24

The Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 August 2024
(the "Annual Report and Accounts for FY24") has been published on the
Company's website at  www.carrsgroup-ir.com (http://www.carrsgroup-ir.com)
 and submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be
available for inspection via the National Storage Mechanism at
https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

Hard copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for FY24, together with the
Notice of 2025 AGM and any other ancillary documents in respect of the 2025
AGM have been posted to shareholders who have elected to receive paper
