				Central Asia Metals PLC (AIM, TSX: CAML) was notified on 30 October 2026 that, on the same day, Alison Baker, a Non-Executive Director, purchased 7,607 Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each in the Company (‘Shares’) at a price of £1.314 per Share. The Shares were purchased on the open market.
			
			

				Following this acquisition, Alison Baker owns a total of 25,433 Shares representing 0.010% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding Shares held in treasury).
