July 18 (Reuters) - CHANGE Inc  3962.T  :
      
    * Says the company and MITSUI & Co Ltd  8031.T  set up a
joint
venture in Tokyo with other partners, mainly engaging in sound
service business 
    * The new JV is capitalized at 22.5 million yen, and the
company
and MITSUI are holding 11.1 percent stake and 77.8 percent
