Exercise of Warrants and Total Voting Rights
Chariot Limited (AIM: CHAR), the Africa-focused energy company, announces that
the Company has issued a total of 650 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each
("New Ordinary Shares"), pursuant to the exercise of warrants.
The Company has applied for admission of the New Ordinary Shares to trading on
AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 8 June 2026.
Following Admission, the Company will have 2,867,365,566 Ordinary Shares in
issue and there are no shares held in treasury. This figure may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
