Product Launch on Amazon and Expansion of US Product Range

Chill Brands Group, the consumer packaged-goods distribution company, is
pleased to announce that its Chill ZERO nicotine-free vapour products will
launch on Amazon.co.uk this month.

Following the launch, Chill ZERO products will shortly become available for
purchase and next day delivery to adult customers using the UK's leading
online e-commerce platform via Amazon Prime delivery. The platform prohibits
the sale of vapes containing nicotine and the Company believes that its
products will therefore have a competitive advantage in marketing to customers
who value the convenience of shopping on Amazon.

The products, which first went on sale to UK consumers during August 2023, are
intended to provide users with a harm reduction tool that offers a satisfying
sensory experience without the addictive properties of nicotine.

Chill Brands is proactively seeking to expand online sales of its Chill ZERO
product line to numerous European countries, with Amazon listings and
fulfilment to be utilised to achieve this.

The Company is also pleased to confirm that it has expanded its range of
nicotine-free vapour products in the US where Chill ZERO 1500 and 3000 puff
devices are now available for purchase. The introduction of these devices to
the US follows sustained interest from consumers and pilot retail stores who
have provided positive feedback regarding Chill ZERO 600 puff devices.

Callum Sommerton, Chief Executive Officer of Chill Brands, said: "With this
