Product Sale to Leading Forecourt Operator

Chill Brands Group, the consumer packaged-goods distribution company, is
pleased to announce the sale of its Chill ZERO nicotine-free vapour products
to a prominent operator of UK petrol stations, trading under major brands
including Shell, Esso and BP.

The Company has received a substantial initial purchase order which will see
the listing of its products into stores managed by one of the UK's leading
operators of roadside retail locations. Following the sale, Chill ZERO
products will launch into 265 of the operator's forecourt convenience stores
during Q1 2024.

Chill Brands has now secured listings for its products in more than 2,365
retail locations across the UK. Following receipt of this order, the Company
has now secured combined gross sales and purchase orders in excess of £2.1
million (including VAT) since the UK launch of Chill ZERO products on 7 August
2023.

Callum Sommerton, Chief Executive Officer of Chill Brands, said: "We are very
happy to announce that our Chill ZERO products will be launching into Shell,
Esso and BP locations. This significant order marks yet another milestone for
Chill Brands and we have made great progress in a relatively short period of
time.

distribution network comprises some of the UK's most recognisable high-traffic
retail stores and we are preparing for further expansion in the year ahead."
