** Shares of Australia's Chilwa Minerals CHW.AX rise as much as 11.1% to A$1, highest level since February 20
** Mineral explorer says its American Depositary Shares are expected to begin trading on Nasdaq Capital Market on October 1
** Company raises $3.5 million through an underwritten US public offering of 625,000 ADSs at $5.60 each
** Says proceeds will fund further mineral exploration, working capital and other general corporate purposes
** YTD, stock up 7%, including session's moves
