April 18 (Reuters) - China Kingstone Mining Holding Ltd 
 1380.HK : 
    * Memorandum of understanding in respect of the proposed 
formation of a joint venture 
    * Zhuhai Jinhong, a wholly-owned subsidiary of company, has 
entered into a MOU in relation to proposed formation of a JV 
company 
    * Pursuant to MOU, initial registered capital of JV company 
is expected to be not less than rmb5 million 
    * Under MOU, it is proposed that JV company will be owned 
beneficially as to 85% by Zhuhai Jinhong and as 15% by JV 
partner 
    * JV company will be established as a limited liability 
company for production of calcium carbonate
