    * Has come to company's attention press article published on 
a website in taiwan 
    * Article on website  reporting inter alia, acc has acquired 
154,800 issued share of csi 
    * Has subsequently made enquiry with CSI on this matter 
    * "There is so far no proof as to purported acc acquisition 
has indeed taken place" 
    * CSI replied that as at date of this announcement, csi has 
not received any notice nor request for change of its registered 
members
