April 12 (Reuters) - China Shanshui Cement Group Ltd

    * Injunction Order Obtained Against Former Senior 
Management;  
    * Update On The Actions With Regards To Mi Jingtian And His 
Associates  
    * Refers to announcements relating to removal of former 
senior management, commencement of high court action against 
them 
    * China Pioneer Cement (Hong Kong) Co Ltd and Shandong 
Shanshui obtained from High Court Of Hong Kong an injunction 
order against former senior management 
    * Yu Chun Liang, Yang Yongzheng, and certain employees of 
Shandong Shanshui were detained due to their alleged violation 
of criminal law of China 
    * Liu Dequan, certain employees of Shandong Shanshui were 
detained due to alleged violation of public security 
administration punishments law of prc 
    * April 11 injunction order will remain in force until 
return hearing, which will take place on 21 April 2017 
    * Former senior management are prohibited from, holding 
themselves out as being director or officer of Shandong Shanshui 
    * Mi Jingtian, Zhao Liping, Li Maohuan and Yu Yuchuan are 
prohibited from removing from Hong Kong any of their assets, for 
each of them up to value of RMB142 million 
    * Former senior management prohibited from holding 
themselves out as being director or officer of Shandong Shanshui
