    * Have not received any letter nor writing in any form 
relating to proposed csi acquisition from acc 
    * Reference is made to announcement of company dated 8 March 
2017 relating to, among others, proposed CSI acquisition 
    * "In fact acc declined to clarify on its intention on 
proposed csi acquisition upon request by company" 
    * Clarifies that Shanshui Group defending rights committee 
as mentioned in article does not form part of group nor does it 
represent group
