    * Refers to co's announcement on 5 July 2017 regarding a 
petition  issued against, among many others, Law Pui Cheung 
    * China Shanshui was served with a writ of summons on Sept 
11 
    * Action names Law, Tianrui Group Co and other former or 
present directors and officers of China Shanshui as defendants 
    * Law Pui Cheung confirmed that indemnity is provided by 
China Shanshui and insurance is taken in favour of directors of 
China Shanshui
