    * Reports change of information in respect of Law Pui 
Cheung, an independent non-executive director of company 
    * Law Pui Cheung confirmed that indemnity is provided by 
China Shanshui & insurance has been taken out in favour of 
directors of China Shanshui 
    * Law Pui Cheung confirmed to co that claims under petition 
would not affect him to discharge duties as independent 
non-executive director 
    * Legal advisers of China Shanshui have been instructed to 
defend against & seek to strike out claims under petition as 
soon as possible
