JXTG Energy, Sojitz and others to buy 27 pct stake in Taiwan's Yunneng Wind Power

TOKYO, April 5 (Reuters) - JXTG Nippon Oil & Energy, a unit
of JXTG Holdings Inc  5020.T , Sojitz Corp  2768.T  and other
Japanese firms have agreed with German wind farm developer wpd
to buy a 27 percent stake in Taiwan's Yunneng Wind Power, they
said on Friday.
    The buyers also include Chugoku Electric Power Co Inc
 9504.T , Chudenko Corp  1941.T  and Shikoku Electric Power Co
Inc  9507.T .  
    Yunneng plans to build a 640 MW wind farm offshore of Yunlin
County by December 2021.
