    * Says its unit CJ O Shopping Co., Ltd plans to merge with 
unit CJ 
E&M Corporation, a music TV& film firm 
    * CJ O Shopping Co., Ltd will survive and CJ E&M Corporation 
will 
be dissolved after merger  
    * Merger ratio is 1:0.4104397 between CJ O Shopping Co., Ltd 
and 
CJ E&M Corporation
