Notification of transactions by

persons discharging managerial responsibilities in Ordinary shares of the Company of 25p each (Shares)

 

On 20 May 2026 the Company granted options to employees under the Close Brothers Group plc Sharesave Scheme 2026 (the Sharesave Scheme). This grant of options over shares under the Sharesave Scheme included five Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs).
