 Annual Financial Report

 

Close Brothers Group plc (the "group" or "Close Brothers") announces that it
has today published its Annual Report and Accounts 2024 (the "Annual Report").

In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.1, a copy of the document has also been

The Annual Report will be sent to shareholders on 8 October 2024, together
with the Notice of Annual General Meeting. The 2024 Annual General Meeting
("AGM") will be held at 10 Crown Place, London EC2A 4FT on Thursday 21
November 2024 at 11.00am. Full details of the proposed resolutions will be set
out in the Notice of AGM.

 

The Board encourages shareholders to vote on the resolutions to be proposed at
the AGM by proxy in advance of the deadline to be set out in the Notice of
AGM. Further details regarding voting by proxy will be set out in the Notice
of AGM.
