Change of Company Secretary
Close Brothers Group plc ("the group" or "Close Brothers") announces that the Board has appointed Robert George Alexander ("Alex") Dunn as Company Secretary and Corporate Counsel with effect from 24 May 2017. Alex joined the group in 2014 as Group Legal Counsel, having previously been at Slaughter and May, where he was an associate in the corporate group.
Alex succeeds Nick Jennings who resigned as Company Secretary on 24 May 2017.
