persons discharging managerial responsibilities
Following approval of the Close Brothers Group plc Share Incentive Plan by the Company's shareholders at its Annual General Meeting on 20 November 2014, the Company has been informed on 6 May 2015 by Equiniti Limited, the administrators of the Plan, that Directors and other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility have made their first purchases of Ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company under the Plan. These shares were purchased in London on 5 May 2015 at a price of 15.82 per share as follows:
