Close Brothers Group plc ("Close Brothers" or the "Company") announces that
the Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM") has been sent
to shareholders, together with the Annual Report and Accounts for the year
ended 31 July 2024.

 

The 2024 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10 Crown Place, London
EC2A 4FT on Thursday 21 November 2024 at 11am. Full details of the proposed
resolutions are set out in the Notice of AGM.

The Board encourages shareholders to vote on the resolutions to be proposed at
the AGM by proxy in advance of the deadline which is set out in the Notice of
AGM. Further information regarding voting by proxy is set out in the Notice of
AGM.

A copy of the Notice of AGM will shortly be available for inspection on the
National Storage Mechanism at:
